Included in Well Kitten Plan:

• Your kitten's initial visit and all comprehensive office visits are needed until your kitten is fully vaccinated. Each visit will include full physical exams, vaccine boosters, and consultation.
• All vaccines recommended by your veterinarian. These may include:
  • Rabies (1)
  • FVRCP combination (up to 4)
  • One fecal screening to test for intestinal parasites and an initial deworming series
  • An initial dose of flea, tick, and heartworm preventative.

Plan is active from enrollment until your kitten is fully vaccinated (up to 6 months of age) per your veterinarian's recommended vaccine schedule. The kitten plan is paid at enrollment and cannot be applied retroactively. This is NOT an insurance plan.

Not Included in Well Kitten Plan:

• Dispensed packages (6-month supply) of flea/tick preventive (may be dispensed at the last kitten visit)
• Spay/Neuter at 6 months of age
• Microchipping
• "Sick" kitten visits
• Feline Leukemia Virus / Feline AIDS testing
• Feline Leukemia vaccinations
